Breathwork with Valérie | Ottawa photographer
I first worked with Valérie in 2022 when we captured her portraits in the studio. I loved her calming energy and style, so when I learned she was embarking on a new journey with breathwork (more info coming soon!), we quickly began brainstorming what kind of imagery we could create to support her emerging brand.
With a focus on Val’s connection to nature, we planned to embrace the elements and move forward with this shoot date regardless of rain, wind, or anything else nature threw our way. We got some beautiful sun with a bit of haze in the air that created a soft source of light for us to play with in her images.
To me, these photos give me the feeling of a breath of fresh air, which feels completely suitable for her work and brand (more info coming soon!). A huge thanks to Valérie for trusting me with this special project, I look forward to our next one!
